Hello all, I am new here to this site but am a long time member of a similar message board in the US.
I have a question that I hope you may be able to help me with. I am looking for information about the British equivelent or availability of nutritional supplement beverages such as Boost or Ensure. I've learned of Complan but am wondering if there are other products available there?
My reason for asking is I have a friend who is battling stomach cancer with mets to the liver and kidneys. He is due to resume chemo after having been taken off it for a much needed break and we are concerned about him being able to maintain his srength.
Thank you in advance for any help you might offer.
Warmly, Christine

Hi Christine, I made my own drinks for jimmy using fresh fruits, such as blue berries, raspberries, bananas, mango's, pineapple any kind of fruit really, adding whey protein powder blended together with milk. You can buy whey protein powder at health food stores.
