Hello all Really glad I have found your website. I am English but living and working in Ireland, County Cork. I have been with my boyfriend for nearly 3 years now. He was diagnosed with NSCLC stage 3b last september and has had chemo which finished in november and has just finished 10 days radiotherapy this month. The scans have shown spots in the abdomen as well as the main tumours in both lungs. We hope this radiotherapy shrinks the primary tumour and then hope to continue with 2nd line chemo but we are also looking into a tarceva trial in Ireland too. So thats it really, we have tried to remain positive throughout, we are being really healthy dietwise - juicing every day, vitamins etc, spent hours researching alternative therapies, basically doing everything that we possibly can to ensure he can continue to fight this horrible illness. He has his appetite back which puts a huge smile on my face today This website which I have found recently along with the Roy Castle one is a god send thankyou and it gives me that extra strength to keep fighting. I love Ralph more than anything in the world. Thanks again for the website, the work you do is amazing, hello to everyone! Ally, Cork, Ireland x
