The University of New South Wales has developed a dye which can detect dead cancer cells. ;D It will save months of chemo treatment. They inject the dye, CT scan the patient and they can see if the chemo is working. The dead cancer cells take the dye up and show up immediately. If the chemo isn't working they can offer the patient other treatment options. How soon will it be before they start using this method over here?
