Do you think your experiences with LC could be of help to us run and support the posters on these message boards? We are looking for a volunteer to help monitor the posts on the boards.

My Husband Jimmy diagnosed with NSCLC adenocarcinoma on the 27/4/06 fought to get Tarceva on the NHS & won. Has had 1st line chemo and radical radiotherapy. Jimmy is doing great. I am so very proud of him and love him with all of my heart. [image] LC charity Ball

I am willing to help Deanne, but as new to LC and having been through the Prostate Cancer hoops I might be able to be of assistance.

Wife of Kent diagnosed NSCLC Stage 1V N0 M0 March 2007. Confirmed April 25, 2007. Inoperable and given less than six months to live. Palliative care, Kent wants to maintain quality of life with minimum of harm. 1/9/08 secondaries now spread to other lobe, pancreas, liver, calf muscle. Primary tumour gone. Stent inserted biliary duct August 08.Tarceva commenced August 08

Thanks Phillipa, that's great. It just means that when I am not here someone is monitoring the posts on the boards. It will give me peace of mind knowing they are been taken care of.
