Hello everyone,
I am totally new to this sort of thing, so sorry if I make a load of mistakes! I am 44, an ex-Primary teacher and a Christian.
My medical background is a brain tumour ( removed in June 2007) and lung cancer ( diagnosed also in June 2007). The lung cancer is inoperable and my prognosis was 9-12 months , written Sep 2007. I had chemo last Autumn but it just made me sick. It's only thanks to my wife that I got Tarceva, as the Oncologist I see would not have mentioned it. Anyway, I took my first tablet this morning and am waiting to see what happens next! Samson.
